The Reformer
Our 30 minute class introducing you to the reformer, standard yoga poses, how to change the springs and any equipment we may be incorporating. It’s less of a workout and more of a roadmap for how your session will flow and what you can expect in any Chakra Sculpt class. introYA is suggested to all new clients to Chakra Sculpt, despite prior yoga or Pilates experience.
Our signature class infusing Pilates and yoga for a full body, no muscle left unworked experience. reformYA classes start with a mindful meditation/mantra to consider as you flow throughout the next 50 minutes. Get ready to sit, squat, stand and soar on the reformer, utilizing it in ways you never have before. Prior introYA session is highly recommended.
Our reformYA class, elevated! You'll still flow though yoga poses, but we’ve kicked up the Pilates sequences by adding a cardio burst with the help of the jump board to set you soaring towards enlightenment. Prior introYA and reformYA sessions highly recommended.
Mat Work
In this 45 minute mat class, we will alternate between yoga flows and Pilates sequences focusing on tightening your core and toning your muscles. What makes this class so fun? Low-impact cardio dance moves in the middle to get your heart pumping to the beat of the music!
Our Heighten class focuses on finding more length through the spine as you move through uplifting yoga poses, stretchy Pilates moves and some barre work for an extra burn. 45 minutes and a mat are all you'll need to feel inches taller!
30 minutes of pure bliss- Enlighten is all about stretching, with feel good yoga flows and your favorite mat Pilates exercises that will have you floating through your day!
The Chair
Taking your favorite yoga poses and Wunda chair moves to a new level! This 45 minute class incorporates a variety of props to challenge your strength, stability and stamina while you flow through fun progressions on the Pilates chair.
